1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the cvc99 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and payment systems — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and cvc99.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cvc99 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. cvc99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to registered players via the contact email address on file.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on cvc99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. cvc99 conducts periodic eligibility checks and reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on cvc99. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily as a form of entertainment and must not be using cvc99 as a means to resolve financial difficulty or generate primary income.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the cvc99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. All information submitted must be accurate and current. cvc99 reserves the right to verify any submitted information at any time using third-party identity verification services or by requesting documentation directly from the player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cvc99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify cvc99 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• cvc99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration without formal identity verification. Contact cvc99 support for assistance with name correction requests.
• Players may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — submitting a copy of their Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawal requests are processed.

cvc99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. This right is exercised in accordance with cvc99's internal risk management and compliance policies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cvc99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvc99 does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladeshi mobile wallet services.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cvc99 payments page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your cvc99 account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed to bKash and Nagad within 15 minutes during standard operating hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on your cvc99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• cvc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount involved.

• Any fees charged by the player's own bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player and are not reimbursable by cvc99.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cvc99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, sports betting free bets, live casino cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. • cvc99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Promotions that have already been claimed by a player prior to withdrawal will be honoured subject to any applicable wagering requirements already in effect.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used on the specific game or market specified in the offer terms.
• cvc99 may require players to opt in to a promotion before the qualifying deposit or wager is placed. Retroactive opt-ins are not accepted.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are encouraged to review the rules specific to each game before placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager. cvc99 is not responsible for odds displayed prior to confirmation that differ from the confirmed odds.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of cvc99's trading team. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension will be honoured if they were confirmed before the suspension was applied.

7 Prohibited Conduct

cvc99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the platform. The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one cvc99 account, whether under the same or different personal details, device identifiers, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or the KYC verification process.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you do not have explicit authorisation from the account holder.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or exploiting payment system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on cvc99.
• Using any software tool, algorithm, exploit, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the cvc99 house edge.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or intimidating cvc99 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the cvc99 platform or any player account through unauthorised means, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit. Any winnings generated through known exploits will be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cvc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. The most common reasons for account action include breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or sustained inactivity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their cvc99 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited at cvc99's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be voided upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied to the dormant balance.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has expired. Requests to shorten a self-exclusion period will not be accepted during the first 30 days following activation.
• If your account is suspended pending investigation, cvc99 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days of the suspension being applied.

Any dispute relating to account closure or fund forfeiture must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure or forfeiture action. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. cvc99 will respond to all written disputes within a reasonable timeframe and will aim to resolve all matters fairly and transparently.
